| Can you design other things for our wedding to match the invitation you created? We can design anything to match your invitation. We have created RSVP Cards, Direction Cards, Hotel Cards, Save the Date Cards, Thank-You Cards, Return Address Labels, Personal Stationery, Wedding Day Programs, Wedding Week/Day Itineraries, Rehearsal Dinner Invitations, and any paper elements for favors for brides and grooms. |
| I want to use photos in my Save the Date Cards. How do I send you those photos? That’s easy. Once we have started the process, we will send a link for you to upload your photos. *Remember: If you choose to use a photograph taken by a professional photographer, we will need a written release form allowing Socially Inked permission to reproduce their photo(s). Your photographer can send that form to us through email or by fax. If you chose to take your own photograph, please make sure to send us a high resolution file of at least 300dpi in .jpg format. |
| Do you have a cancellation policy? Things happen, and Socially Inked understands that. Your initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If from the design phase to before we go to print, you need to cancel, then the 50% balance will be waived. However, once we receive your approval and your collection is sent to print, you are responsible for the total cost. |
| Can I get a gift certificate for someone else? Of course! Just fill out our contact form, select “gift card” from the options, and we will be in touch with you same day. |
| Can I get a proof of my invitation before they are mailed out? Socially Inked will not send anything to print without your approval! We will send a digital proof to the email address you provide. This ensures that there aren't any typographical or syntax errors. If any changes need to be made to your proof, simply reply to the email with the changes, and we will send you a revised proof. Your order will not be processed until you give the final approval on the proof for printing. Please look over your proof very carefully. Once a proof is approved for print, you are responsible for the printed order. If any changes need to be made AFTER a proof has already been approved, there will be a reprint fee, which becomes the customer's responsibility. |
| How long before my wedding date will the invitations be sent out? Traditional etiquette states that you should send out your invitations between 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. Once Socially Inked knows your wedding date, we will provide you with a deadline sheet that will give you options for mail outs at 6, 7, and 8 weeks. Once you decide, Socially Inked will establish all deadlines based on your selection. |
